PA to CEO

Provide executive and production support at a leading independent production company. Previous experience in scripted is essential. THIS IS A 1-YEAR FTC

THE COMPANY

Our client is an independent drama producer with a growing creative presence, developing bold TV and film stories that stand out.

THE ROLE

As the PA to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the CEO’s diary, balancing priorities and keeping the CEO’s time running smoothly.

You will prepare the right materials, organise travel and make sure everything is in place for meetings, set visits, broadcaster sessions, financier discussions, festivals and industry events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming communication, filtering calls, emails and requests.
  • Prepare and run meetings end‑to‑end, organising agendas and materials, managing logistics and ensuring follow‑up actions are completed.
  • Create written and visual materials, including correspondence, presentations and documents for broadcasters, distributors, investors and other partners.
  • Plan and manage all travel arrangements and produce clear itineraries.
  • Stay closely connected to the development and production slate, keeping the CEO informed of project progress, decisions, risks and upcoming deadlines.
  • Coordinate communication with writers, directors, agents and talent, all meetings should be arranged smoothly and professionally.
  • Oversee script handling and version control, tracking drafts accurately, distributing the correct versions and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Support wider business activity, contributing to board materials, research, HR coordination and the organisation of company events, read‑throughs and production gatherings.
THE PERSON

It is important you have previous experience working in scripted, with a strong understanding of development workflows, production processes and the relationships between creative stakeholders.

You should be organised and confident managing multiple priorities, and have great attention to detail, good time‑management skills and proven experience supporting senior executives.

Building trusted relationships with writers, directors, talent, agents and senior stakeholders are key and will help you to thrive in this role.
