THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading global film entertainment studio and is a major producer and distributor of motion pictures, home entertainment, family entertainment, television programming, video-on-demand and digitally delivered content.
THE ROLE
As an Executive Assistant, you be a trusted partner to the President of International Television & Digital Distribution, ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations while supporting departmental initiatives, stakeholder engagement and international coordination.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings across multiple time zones and global markets.
- Prepare and organise internal meetings and support external engagements, ensuring all logistics, materials and follow‑ups are handled.
- Monitor, filter and prioritise incoming communications, managing emails and correspondence on behalf of the President.
- Arrange international travel plans, including flights, accommodation, transport, visas and full itineraries.
- Support the President’s participation in major industry events, markets and conferences.
- Plan and deliver team meetings, offsites and leadership sessions.
- Manage logistics for internal and external client meetings.
- Assist the wider International Television & Digital Distribution leadership team with administrative support when required.
- Gather and organise information from multiple territories and functional groups.
- Process accurate expense reports promptly and maintain organised records for travel, events and departmental activity.
- Serve as a key liaison point for senior executives, internal teams and external partners.
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Business & Legal Affairs, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Corporate teams to support cross‑departmental collaboration.
THE PERSON
You should have relevant experience supporting senior executives and be confident managing complex diaries, shifting priorities and fast‑paced workloads.
It is important you have exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities and attention to detail, with the professionalism and discretion required to handle confidential information.
Advanced Microsoft Office capability, experience coordinating international travel and comfort working across multiple time zones are essential.
Previous experience within media, entertainment, television distribution or streaming is beneficial, as is familiarity with international markets, globally dispersed teams and additional language skills.
